BURATINO PLAY PARK
Moscow, Russia, October 1, 2013 – Russian Standard Foundation announced the formal opening of Buratino play park, which is situated in Moscow, Novoorlovskaya str., 5. The play park occupies a territory in the West of Moscow, has more than 2 hectares in area and was created by notable designer Willem Brouwer. The park was constructed in accordance with last innovative ideas; the most modern park’s equipment of high-quality made by leading West manufacturers from Spain, Italy, Finland and the Netherlands was realized and installed. More than 1,500 trees and bushes are planted in the park, and playgrounds are made for children of different ages. In wintertime a 800 sq m skating rink is open, which in the summer is transformed in a sport playground. Also in the park there is a bicycle track with special road topping, a ropeway, a labyrinth of thuya plants and a watchtower, a fountain decorated with aesthetic lightening, an amphitheater for holding events and other constructions. The park’s hallmark feature is a unique sound hall, which is created and specially equipped for sound games and for developing children’s hearing abilities. Due to special lightening the luminous image of the park will be easily recognizable in night hours. “We are glad to present this modern park to children. We believe that it will improve the residents’ quality of life and create comfortable conditions for children’s leisure time. I am sure that the play park Buratino, which doesn’t have any analogues not only in Moscow, but in whole Russia, is going to become the favorite leisure area for Muscovites and their offsprings”, pointed Roustam Tariko, President of Board of Russian Standard Foundation.
